Join us as we explore what a sustainable future looks like in NW Tasmania as we preserve the past and culture the future. \nGates open at 11 AM Sunday\, 18 October and there will be: \n\nA garden talk and tour with Gardening Australia’s Tino Carnevale\nAn official barn launch\nThe new Mount Gnomon charcuterie bar\nFarm fresh food & drink\nFree masterclasses on all things fermented\, including cheese\, sourdough\, cider\, gin\, kimchi & kombucha\nFermented food & drink stalls in the barn\nLive music\nPiglet patting\nGumboot tossing\nFarm tours\nAnd more…\n\nBook your tickets online to go into the draw to win a farm & ferment hamper. \nThe event will comply with all current COVID-safe regulations and guidelines.
