DESCRIPTION:Dress up and join us for a very beautiful long table dining experience at sunset. Set between two rows of our apple orchard the three course feast takes place on an 80 metre long table with the barn and mountain as a backdrop. \nThe event includes a farm tour and hopefully the first peak of our sunflower field for 2024. \nLast years event sold out and 200 people shared the experience of what is one of the most beautiful dining events in Tasmania. \nGather a group of fiends and join us at the long table . \nThis will be an all weather event with a long table feast in the barn as a back up plan. \nThe event will feature largely paddock to plate food from the farm and garden that is gluten free. Each coarse will also feature a local gin\, whisky or liqueur as a key ingredient. \nImagine a feast of slow cooked sticky pork belly with winter gin as a starter\nand smoked lamb shoulder whisky sauce as a main\, followed by a coffee liquer inspired dessert created by our French pastry chef Jeremy. \nThroughout the night you will be able to sample the wares of Alchemy Distillery\, Sandy Gray Whiskey and Hellyer’s Road Distillery. This is a a special occasion as it will be the first time the three whiskey distillers of the region have come together to showcase their products and tell their stories. Neil was a founding member of the Warumpi Band (1980–88\, 1995–2000) which was the first major influential Aboriginal rock group with mostly Indigenous members.
