Limited space. No walk-ins. \n  \nMenu: \nTo Start \n\nHouse cured Coppa with roasted almonds.\nButternut squash and Tasmanian vintage cheddar soup with nutmeg cream and seeds.\nArtisan cultured butter and sourdough bread.\n\nMain \n\nMount Gnomon farm rare breed slow roasted pork loin with garden herbs and fennel stuffing. \nGarden beetroots and carrots with olive tapenade “Red Cow Organics” feta\, fermented chilli and fried sage.\nCider and honey jus.\n\nDessert \n\nGarden rhubarb and almond tart with Tasmanian pepper berry cream.\n\nOr gluten free option: \n\nBurnt Basque cheesecake\n\n  \n$55 pp adult. \n$30 pp under 16. \n-Dietary options available upon request- \nExtras: \n$14 – Sausage and chips (for kids under 14 only). \n$8  – Bowl of chips. \n$12 – Rhubarb and almond tart with cream. \n$12 – Burnt Basque cheesecake (GF).
