SUMMARY:Nova Muse Festival
DESCRIPTION:After the success of a sold out TSO show we’re excited to host in combination with the North West Christian School the Nova Muse Festival in the comfort of our beautiful barn. Renowned musicians are flying into Tasmania to play over four days two evening concerts\, from the 9th to the 12th of October. The main concert’s will be held at 6:00 followed by a candlelit concert(dark) at 8:30pm. \nFor the first time we will be bringing a grand piano into our barn space. The concerts feature Susan Collins\, renowned in both Australia and Europe as a pedagogue\, conductor\, concertmaster\, chamber musician and international competition judge. Susan will bring friends Michele Walsh (soloist\, concertmaster\, world-renown pedagogue) Patricia Pollett (internationally lauded for her ‘…inspired and virtuosic performances…” (The Strad)\, György Deri (winner of the Ferenc Liszt Prize for his musical career in cello) and Alex Raineri (piano soloist with Major Orchestras in Australia and overseas). \nWe’re so fortunate to have such a stellar line up coming to Penguin\, so grab some friends and take them on a festival journey. \nThe full program can be viewed here; \nhttps://www.northwestchristianschool.com.au/shop/ \nWe will be opening the bar and will be serving food from the restaurant. \nTickets on sale now.
