DESCRIPTION:He’s played for Prime Ministers\, Aboriginal elders and environmental campaigners\, from concert halls to protest sites and remote campfires.\nThe founding member of the legendary Australian band Goanna\, his iconic song\, ‘Solid Rock\, Sacred Ground’\, lit a fire for the rights of Aboriginal people in Australia more than 40 years ago\, that hasn’t gone out. It’s been recorded and performed\, many times in the ensuing years and translated into several Aboriginal Languages.\nHoward is a respected senior statesman in Australia who continues to work as a poet\, musician\, writer\, singer\, speaker\, producer and mentor. He was awarded an honorary Doctorate in 2022 and is currently writing his autobiography.\nPerforming solo\, Howard will share songs and stories from his decades long journey\, with special guest Niamh Oh.\nMusic commences 3pm.\nFamily friendly event.\nAll day food available

He began writing songs at 12\, training classically throughout his teens and performing wherever he could\, honing his craft and developing the dynamic live show that he is renowned for today.
