We’re excited to announce that orders for our famous Christmas hams and smallgoods are now open!
While we have fewer pigs this year, we’ve been carefully saving produce especially for the festive season. We know that having a piece of Mount Gnomon on the table has become a Christmas tradition for many families, and we don’t want to let you down.
Ordering is the same as in previous years — you can collect your order from the farm at our Twilight Christmas Market, or at the Launceston and Hobart Farmers Markets. We’ll also be sending produce to Melbourne and King Island.

Welcome to our farm restaurant, where Sundays are reserved for a unique dining experience that celebrates the freshest flavours of each season. Open from 12 to 4 pm and on select special occasions, we offer a simple, carefully curated menu that highlights produce from our farm and local partners. Our approach is inspired by the relaxed, provenance-focused dining of the French countryside and Tuscany—where quality and experience take precedence over an extensive menu. Sundays are our most popular lunch day, when we feature an expanded menu followed by an optional farm tour, letting guests fully immerse themselves in the farm-to-table journey.
