From Our Paddock to Your Plate: Premium Free-Range Meat & Artisan Small-Goods

We’re excited to announce that orders for our famous Christmas hams and smallgoods are now open!
While we have fewer pigs this year, we’ve been carefully saving produce especially for the festive season. We know that having a piece of Mount Gnomon on the table has become a Christmas tradition for many families, and we don’t want to let you down.
Ordering is the same as in previous years — you can collect your order from the farm at our Twilight Christmas Market, or at the Launceston and Hobart Farmers Markets. We’ll also be sending produce to Melbourne and King Island.

Restaurant open
In summer, we are open on Saturday evenings for dinner from 6pm and on Sundays for lunch from 12 to 4pm. Our menu is carefully curated, featuring dishes made with fresh produce from our own veggie garden and meat from our own animals, complemented by ingredients from local partners.
We have both indoor and outdoor seating, and you’re welcome to book online or simply walk in.

Whether you’re here for lunch or hosting a special event, our secluded setting and commitment to sustainable, regional fare make each visit to the farm a memorable escape into the heart of Tasmanian beauty and taste. Right now our restaurant is open for lunch on Sundays.
